Staying downtown Salt Lake City is probably the best option. The wedding is only about 5 miles away. Currently family and friends are staying closer to the airport at the Residence Inn or the Super Motel 6. This puts you about 10 miles away from Rose Sachs Gardens. But depending on what activities you and your family are looking for there is Lagoon Amusment Park (15 miles from downtown), the Solomon Center in Ogden (has indoor surfing and skydiving) is about 45 miles from downtown and about 25 miles from my moms house in Morgan! There are lots of options, so just contact myself or Jason so we can give you better specific ideas. Our home is located in the downtown area and this is the area we will primarly be! From Salt Lake City :
East on I-80 to Ranch Exit #132 (approx. 2 miles).
Exit Ranch Exit 132.
Left over bridge, then left to get back on to I-80 westbound.
Exit 131 WESTBOUND. Left over bridge, right through gate.
Follow road (0.3 mile) to main area.
NOTE: Rose Sachs Gardens can only be reached via westbound I-80.
